| Ningbo Xusheng Machinery Co.,Ltd .Was founded in August, 2003. It is a joint venture enterprise, located in Auto and Spare parts industrial Park of Ningbo Economic and Technical Development Zone(68 Yanshanhe North Road Beilun District, Ningbo, CHINA),with 6,000,000 USD investments, and 3,000,000 USD registered capital, covers 20,000m2, and the construction area is 23,000m2 in total. At present, company has more than 200 employees, including 30 high-education administrative personnel, technicians and QC engineers. Now company owns a hardware plant as well as a zinc casting plant.
The former name of Xusheng is Ningbo Beilun Xudong machinery Co., Ltd After ten years of efforts, we have developed into a joint venture that engaged in moulds designing & manufacturing & die casting & machining. We are the member of China Mould Association, Beilun Branch.
Every year, we manufacture over 200 sets of moulds, more than 3,000 tons of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products. We possess more than 15 imported CNC processing centers, over 30 CNC lathes, more than 10 aluminum and zinc alloy molding and vacuum die casting machines with different tonnage ranging from 160T to 900T including 2PCS of TOSHIBA fully automatic die casting machines. And we also equipped with Natural Gas Centralized melting oven, more than 30 different types of high precision lathes and digital machines such as electric discharge machines, electrical wire-cutting machines, etc, as well as various advanced measuring tools and inspection equipments including three dimensional measuring instruments, X-ray flaw detector universal tensile force testers, analyzers, salt fog testers, aluminum alloy & zinc alloy analyzers, oscillation testers, roughness measuring instruments, sclerometers, microscopes and etc. We are capable of providing automobile moulds and parts, motorcycle moulds, plastic injection machine fittings, and precision finishing service for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products, as well as best after-service.

We take 6S as our management basis, ISO9001:2000 as management standard, and we also got the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002 in 2007. We have obtained approval of CCC, CE and CUL. In August, 2009, we established a municipal ?Vgrade Engineering and Technology center, at the same, we were selected as High and New technology enterprise of country. We always adhere to the management guideline of??survive by Quality, Develop through Credit?? since the very moment of establishment. Through persistent efforts, we are growing continuously; with management improved persistently, business volume increased steadily.
