Our main profile is: NON-FERROUS AND FERROUS CASTINGS WITH MACHINING. 1. Aluminium alloys and copper based alloys (bronze, brass) castings: gravity die-casting, sand casting, centrifugal casting -Weight: 0,1-200 kg/pcs. (Al) , 0,2-600 kg/pcs. (bronze, brass) 2. Cast iron and steel castings: sand casting -Weight: 0,5-1000 kg/pcs. 3. Production of patterns and moulds (dies) 4. Machining: milling, turning, grinding, boring, cogging. Control of the castings: spectral analysis, metallographic analysis, tensile strenght control, hardness measuring. Quality management system: ISO 9001:2000.
