The innovative 5-axis CNC tool grinder from Topwork Industry Co., Ltd. is equipped with an automatic system consisting of thermal displacement compensation for spindle, measurement of 3D touch probe, searching system of cutter database and re-sharpening operation.

The machine’s unique Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) software may work with CNC controllers such as SIEMENS, FANUC or INTEK. The entire operation can be fully automated to replace traditional manpower processes and reduce production costs. The innovative 5-axis tool grinder features small foot print, 10-sec. parts exchange time, 4800 tool database search system, 93% surface roughness forecast accuracy, fast designing time, intelligent grinding path, spindle thermal displacement compensation, 3D touch probe measurement and re-sharpening operation, 3D simulation system, and no

limitation in tool design.
