We developed and started selling three types of new SCARA robot "Lite" series:
THL500 (arm length: 700 mm; max. transportable weight: 10 kg), THL600 (arm length: 600 mm; max. transportable weight: 10 kg), and THL700 (arm length: 700 mm; max. transportable weight: 10 kg).
These global strategic products target Asian markets and, in order to reduce the prices, focus on the features and performance that can meet the needs of global market.
Compared to the conventional models, the series has new features described below and is equipped with newly developed TSL300 as the controller.
Low cost: Costs have been reduced by up to 50% compared to the standard costs of our conventional models.
Lightweight: Up to 50% of weight reduction
Energy savings: Up to 50% reduction of voltage source capacity
We have set the price at 980,000 yen for THL 500, 600, and 700, and will sell a total of 200 of them per month. |
