Chmer introduces its new product P3020SL, a High Accuracy Low friction Micro feed quantity Wire-Cut EDM.

P3020SL won design award on TIMTOS Show, one of three main trade show for metalworking machinery in Asia.

The model features lots of advantage as following.

◆The machine has been designed at gantry type base frame through 3D simulate designing and FEM optimize process. With optimum and reinforced ribs to the secure.

◆　Fully enclosed air conditioned chamber and dielectric temp control that holds ±0.3°C work temperature variation to eliminate inaccuracy associated with heat expansion.

◆　The in house “Linear Motor Technology” developed by CHMER Group has overcome the mechanical inaccuracy associated with the back-lash that came from ball-screw drive system. the actual position is precisely monitored.
